OK folks are you ready for THIS?! the “dynamic duo”is getting together in their own backyard to  put on a day of amazing info, training, and FUN! You folks are going to flip when you see the amazing venue we will be in and all the great ‘touches’ that the Paseo Club is putting together for the attendees in this event. A DAY WITH DOS AND COS

Don’t miss this opportunity to spend the day at the beautiful Paseo Club in Valencia with two of the fitness and conditioning world’s brightest stars!  Alwyn Cosgrove and Robert dos Remedios are two fit pros whose body of work has influenced trainers, coaches, and athletes of all levels across the world.  These two are considered innovators in the fitness and conditioning world and continue to stay ahead of the pack when it comes to training, programming, and improving their craft.

Spend the morning listening and interacting with Alwyn and Dos as they talk about the science and overall structure of designing effective programs and metabolic conditioning protocols.  After lunch, we will have a hands-on kettlebell intro with Frank Addelia and John Devitt; more hands-on education as we practice warm-up, activation and core, and finally the best of Cardio Strength Training!  The day finishes off with a cocktail social where you will have a chance to rub elbows with the presenters and the other attendees by the pool at the club.

3:00-4:00pm       Robert dos Remedios – Cardio Strength Training Protocols
4:00-5:00pm       Social and meet & greet with the presenters

Robert dos Remedios, MA, CSCS
Director of Speed, Strength, and Conditioning at College of the Canyons. With Robert’s guidance, COC has had nothing less than dominant results with many of its athletic programs. In fact, the 2004 COC Football team was crowned National Champions. Alwyn Cosgrove, MSc., CSCS*D
Regarded as one of the best strength and conditioning specialsts in the world Today, Alwyn Cosgrove is a sought after consultant, an author, and the highly successful business owner of Results Fitness in Newhall. Alywn’s work can be found in several magazines including Men’s Fitness and Men’s Health along with his books The New Rules of Lifting , The New Rules of Lifting for Women, and his latest New Rules of Lifting for Abs which he co-authored with Lou Schuler. Alwyn has an honors degree in Sports Science from the University of Liverpool, is certified with distinction as a strength & conditioning specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has been recognized as a Master of Sports Sciences with the International Sports Sciences Association.
