Sometimes we tend to overlook the LITTLE things. When it comes to Burpees, I would estimate that about 90+% of everyone on the planet that does them are doing them improperly. When I see most people perform burpees I generally see dangerous form that can lead to injury. Take a look at some VERY simple tips to shore up the lower back and spinal flexion issues that we tend to see with most folks.
