Yes when I dont have any strict plan other than just do something everyday I always get 4-5 workouts every week. Its just more flexible and easy to put a workout in between stuff. Thats why I love the CST.

3.Shoulder+bearhugsquat 3-4 rounds My heartrate was up to 155
