Try this finisher out sometime: pairing up the TRX RIP and rings or TRX, perform this 4 move finisher….I would set a timer for 10-15 sec. so that you work for 10-15 and immediately switch sides on the RIP when the timer sounds, transition for 10 sec. before starting the next move on the opposite implement. When on the Rings/TRX just go continuous for the whole 20-30 sec. This is an 80-120 sec. finisher that will FRY you at the end of a training session. DO WORK!
