You folks already KNOW that Wil Fleming is my GO-TO guy when it comes to the Olympic lifts. the best part of this series of complexes with Wil (that we will be posting the next few weeks) is that Wil is SO technically sound in his lifts that each complex exercise serves as a BID (Break it down) VID!
Today wil does a very simple yet effective 3 move complex: Clean pull + Front Squat + Push Press. Do yourself a favor and watch closely as Wil performs each move….I always find something to work on when I watch Wil lift! DO WORK!
